Stovetop Frittata

Ingredients
 Veggie mix-ins (mushrooms, onions, spinach, etc)
 10 eggs, beaten
 ½ cup dairy (sour cream, milk, cottage cheese, etc)
 ½ cup cheese, shredded or diced
 salt & pepper, to taste (push it)

Heat a large skillet with olive oil or other cooking oil.

Saute veggies to cook out moisture.

Meanwhile, beat eggs, then add dairy, cheese, salt, and pepper, and mix.

When vegetables are cooked, pour egg mixture into skillet and gently stir to combine all ingredients.

Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes (until center is set).

Let cool slightly before cutting and serving.
