Saute the ground meat with the seasonings.
Add the pasta sauce to the meat, and simmer until warm throughout.
Scrape out the spaghetti squash strands, then toss with olive oil and seasonings.
Separate the spaghetti squash strands into 4 servings. Top with meat sauce, Parmesan and more fresh parsley, and serve!
If making ahead, store squash and sauce separately in refrigerator. When ready to serve, spread the spaghetti squash in a 9x13 baking dish, then top with meat sauce and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes, until heated through.
