Combine all ingredients. If the meat is sticky, add more Bisquick. If it's too dry, add water.
Shape into balls.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until cooked through.
Makes 12 two-inch balls.
Can add cheddar shreds on top as a garnish, to make the balls extra cheesy!
Can be air fried as well!
