Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Wash, dry, and trim asparagus (cut just above where each spear turns green), and lay out individually.
Drizzle olive, salt and pepper over the top of the asparagus, then toss to coat.
Slice each piece of prosciutto in half lengthwise, resulting in two long strips of meat.
Sprinkle Parmesan over each slice of meat.
Starting with the asparagus diagonal on the slice of prosciutto, roll up each asparagus spear in the meat, then lay each spear on a baking sheet.
Bake the pan of asparagus for 10 minutes, or until golden brown and the asparagus is slightly tender.
