Megan's easy recipe for peanut butter kiss cookies!
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients (some advise to cream together the peanut butter & sugar until light and fluffy before beating in the egg).
Roll into 1” balls (optional: roll in granulated sugar).
Bake 8-9 minutes.
Allow to cool for 2 minutes, then carefully remove cookie, and carefully press a Hershey kiss into each one.
Allow to fully cool to kiss can solidify.
When I made these, 8-9 minutes wasn’t long enough, so I popped them back into the oven for another 2-3 minutes. Perhaps baking them at 350 would be better, or baking them on foil instead of parchment.
Some also recommend refrigerating the dough for 30 minutes if it’s too sticky.
