Amazingly flavorful way to prepare a gyro at home!
In a skillet gently simmer oil, oregano, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper stirring constantly, until garlic is fragrant but not browned, 1 to 2 minutes. Toss in chicken and stir until warmed through.
Heat bread if desired in toaster oven or oven
Spread some of tzatziki on warm bread and top with chicken and toppings (lettuce, sliced onion, and sliced tomato)
