Made these with chicken breakfast sausage for a tailgate! (Adapted from https://www.tasteandtellblog.com/breakfast-pigs-in-a-blanket)
Preheat over to 375 degrees.
Cook sausages according to package directions and set aside.
Open the crescent rolls and separate into triangles. Place one sausage on the wide end of each crescent triangle, roll up and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
In a small bowl, lightly beat the egg then brush the tops of the crescents with the egg wash. (You don’t need to use it all, just enough to cover the tops of the dough.)
Sprinkle with the everything bagel seasoning.
Bake until golden brown and no longer doughy (took us about 15-17 minutes).
