Avocado Slaw

Tasty southwesty slaw! (Adapted from Cook Once, Eat All Week by Cassy Joy Garcia)

Ingredients
 2 tbsp fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
 2 tbsp avocado oil
 ½ cup red onions, diced
 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
 1 avocado, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
 ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
 8 oz bag shredded cabbage (I like a mix of green and purple!)

In a medium bowl, whisk together the lime juice and avocado oil.

Add the remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
