Grease a cookie sheet, or line with parchment paper, and preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together the bananas, oats, and mix-ins (whatever you decide to add, stick to ¼ cup or less, or the dough won’t stick together).
Scoop dough onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350 F.
Preheat air fryer to 300 degrees F for 3 minutes.
