Used these eggs in a breakfast bowl-type recipe using leftover sausage and veggies. (Adapted from https://recipes.instantpot.com/recipe/soft-boiled-eggs)
Pour the tap water into the pot and put the eggs in the pot on the trivet.
Cover the Instant Pot, set valve to Sealing, press the Manual button, and set the timer to cook for 1 minute.
Allow to natural release for 30 seconds, then release remaining pressure.
Run eggs under cold tap water to stop the cooking process (this also supposedly makes them easier to peel!)
